Service limitations and liability disclaimer.
1. No Guarantee of Message Delivery
RELAY sends SMS messages through third-party carriers and messaging providers. We do not guarantee that any text message will be delivered, delivered on time, or received by the intended recipient. Message delivery depends on carrier networks, device availability, signal strength, and factors entirely outside our control.
2. Incorrect or Incomplete Information
RELAY processes natural language requests using AI systems. We are not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or misunderstood reminders, locations, times, or any other information generated or processed by the service. It is your responsibility to verify that reminders, saved places, and scheduled times are accurate before relying on them.
3. SMS Fees and Carrier Charges
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages sent to and from RELAY. RELAY does not charge for messages directly, but we are not responsible for any charges, overages, or fees imposed by your carrier. You are solely responsible for any costs associated with SMS usage under your wireless plan.
4. Location-Based Services
RELAY uses approximate location data to trigger place-based reminders. Location accuracy depends on your device, browser, GPS signal, and other environmental factors. We are not responsible for inaccurate location detection, missed location triggers, or reminders fired at incorrect locations.
5. Service Availability
RELAY is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Downtime, maintenance, outages, or technical failures may occur without notice. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by service unavailability.
6. No Warranty
RELAY makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RELAY and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes damages for missed appointments, forgotten tasks, or any other consequences of failed or inaccurate reminders.

We are not responsible for the actions, failures, or policies of third-party providers.
9. Your Responsibility
RELAY is a convenience tool, not a critical infrastructure service. You should not rely on RELAY for time-sensitive, safety-critical, or legally consequential reminders. Always maintain backup methods for important appointments, medications, deadlines, and obligations.
10. Changes
This disclaimer may be updated at any time. Continued use of RELAY after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
