1. Program Name

RELAY — SMS Reminder Assistant.

2. Program Description

RELAY is a conversational SMS reminder service. Subscribers who voluntarily opt in text reminders to the RELAY phone number in natural language (for example, "dentist Tuesday 3pm" or "buy milk at Whole Foods"). RELAY then sends an SMS back at the requested time, or when the subscriber arrives at a saved place. The assistant may also send clarifying questions or confirmations as needed to set up a reminder.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. RELAY does not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for SMS and data usage according to your plan. Check with your carrier for details.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends entirely on how you use the service — specifically, the number of reminders you create and how often you interact with the assistant. There is no fixed schedule or recurring promotional messaging.

5. Opt-In

You opt in to the recurring RELAY reminder and assistant SMS program by texting ASSIST or START to the RELAY number, or by entering your phone number on the RELAY sign-in form, reviewing the SMS call-to-action disclosure, and checking the optional, un-checked SMS consent box. You can leave the checkbox un-checked and still sign in, create an account, and use the dashboard. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from RELAY related to your reminders and account, including reminder alerts, location-based reminder alerts, confirmations, clarifying questions, and account notifications. Consent is not required to create an account, sign in, use the dashboard, complete a transaction, or make a purchase. One-time login verification codes are sent separately for authentication and do not enroll you in recurring RELAY reminder messages.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the RELAY number. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send any further messages. To rejoin, text ASSIST at any time.

7. Help & Support

For help at any time, text HELP to the RELAY number. You will receive a reply with support information. You can also reach support through the RELAY dashboard or by contacting your RELAY administrator.

8. Supported Carriers

RELAY is compatible with major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
