What is RELAY?

RELAY is an SMS-based reminder assistant. You text your reminders to a RELAY phone number, and we send you text messages back at the right time — or when you arrive at a saved place.

How Reminders Are Sent

• Time-based reminders: We send you an SMS at the date and time you specify (e.g., "dentist Tuesday 3pm").
• Location-based reminders: We send you an SMS when you arrive at a saved place (e.g., "buy milk at Whole Foods").
• Follow-up messages: If anything is unclear, we may ask a clarifying question by text before confirming your reminder.

Consent to Receive Messages

By texting ASSIST to our RELAY number, or by signing up and using the service, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your reminders and account. Message frequency varies based on the reminders you create. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by texting STOP to our number. After opting out, you will no longer receive reminder messages. To start again, text ASSIST.
