By texting ASSIST, or by optionally checking the SMS consent box on the RELAY sign-in form, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from RELAY for this reminder-assistant campaign, including reminder alerts, location-based reminder alerts, confirmations, clarifying questions, and account notifications. Message frequency varies based on your reminders, typically 2–10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Consent is not required to create an account, sign in, use the web dashboard, complete a transaction, or make a purchase. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How You Can Opt In

RELAY only sends recurring reminder and assistant SMS messages to users who have provided express written consent for this campaign. One-time login codes are sent separately for authentication and do not enroll users in recurring SMS. We offer the following opt-in methods:

  1. Web sign-up form. On the login page, enter your mobile number. The page displays the SMS CTA disclosure and an optional, un-checked SMS consent checkbox before submission. Users can leave the checkbox un-checked and still select "Send login code" to sign in or create an account. Checking the box constitutes express written consent only for recurring RELAY reminder and assistant SMS messages.
  2. SMS keyword opt-in. Text the keyword ASSIST or START to the RELAY phone number from your mobile device. We will reply with a confirmation:"RELAY: You're opted in to RELAY SMS reminders. Msg frequency varies (typically 2-10/wk). Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
  3. Re-opt-in after STOP. Users who previously opted out can opt back in by texting ASSIST or START, or by signing in again on the web form and checking the optional consent checkbox.

Consent to receive recurring RELAY reminder and assistant SMS messages is not required to create an account, sign in, use the dashboard, complete a transaction, or make a purchase. You may revoke consent at any time.

Opting Out

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any RELAY message to immediately stop all SMS from this program. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages thereafter. To resume, text ASSIST or START.
